Love Hive Yoga is a heart-centered practice that unites embodied movement, felt sense experience, yoga education, and accessible spiritual teachings. Class style is adapted to meet the needs of the day and can vary in offering opportunities for challenge and relaxation, strength & groundedness, all at a rooted pace with cueing and instruction to help you improve and progress in your practice. Classes may include strength and skill building, standing poses, inversions, backbends, and seats as well meditation, breath, restorative practices and functional anatomy. Use of creative and supportive propping may be used in both continuing level poses and grounding relaxation to deepen and elevate the practice. Helpful to have at least 2 yoga blocks, a bolster, a strap and a few blankets for practice.
