A full body practice using a chair for support and deepening into feeling. Focus on somatically experiencing the broadening of the sacral area.
Love Hive Yoga is a heart-centered practice that unites embodied movement, felt sense experience, yoga education, and accessible spiritual teachings. Expect a mix of challenge and relaxation, strength & groundedness at a rooted pace with detailed cueing and instruction to help you improve and progress in your practice. Classes include strength and skill building, standing poses, inversions, backbends, and seats as well meditation, breath, and functional anatomy. Use of creative and supportive propping may be used in both continuing level poses and grounding relaxation to deepen and elevate the practice. Helpful to have at least 2 yoga blocks, a bolster, a strap and a few blankets for practice.
