Somatic Education practice with Hatha Yoga & opening up to the healing potency within us.
Intuitive Healing Club is a guided self-healing practice that works with tools from G Ray Method, a modality of holistic wellness. This class will practice presence & connection, to give space for the transformative healing potency within each of us to unfold. A unique offering of various techniques, together we will use aspects of mindfulness, meditation, energetic healing, cranial sacral therapy & yoga combined with a blend of somatic emotional release and wellness practices. This offering provides an opportunity for the intelligence of the body and one's own inner wisdom to be guided into a state of wellbeing with an emphasis on emotional wellness and trauma informed health. Class is practiced in a resting "savasana" position or laying down on your mat. Props are used to create comfort while you explore a somatic (body-based) felt-sense experience of witnessing one's self with nurturing attention and compassion. Class ends with gentle movements and/or breath practices to regulate the nervous system leaving one feeling calm, nourished, and supported.
